Smart4K – Real 4K IPTV, and an Honest Look at What Your Setup Can Show

Who Answers the Smart4K Desk, and What We Will Not Publish

One WhatsApp number, a small group behind it, and a house rule that what we cannot promise gets said as plainly as what we can.

What this site is mostly for

Smart4K sells lines: 25,000+ live channels and 120,000+ films and series from 60+ countries, carried over the internet connection you already pay for. That part takes one message and about fifteen minutes.

Most of the site does its work before that message, not after it, and the reason is worth stating outright. Very little of the disappointment people report with 4K IPTV turns out to be a bad line. It is usually a link in the buyer own chain that nobody looked at: a router two rooms away, a television app decoding badly, an evening when the street is sharing one cable. A page that sells you a line and tells you nothing about the chain has made a sale and left you to discover the rest.

Who answers when you write

The same small group that opens lines, watches the servers and writes the guides here. There is no call centre, no ticket number and no first-line script to get past; there is one number on WhatsApp, staffed 24/7, in English, with a typical reply under fifteen minutes. We are not going to print a headcount, because the honest version is that it is few enough that you will often get the same person twice - which is the part actually worth knowing when something breaks on a Sunday.

Our side of the chain, and where it stops

Two links belong to us: the source feed and the server that hands it out. We run those against a 99.9% uptime target, and when a picture goes wrong the first move the desk makes is to point your line at a different server and see whether anything changes. Everything after that sits inside your building and belongs to you, which is why the support conversation here tends to start with questions about your router rather than apologies about ours.

You will not find a server count or a map of locations anywhere on this site. Neither is checkable from outside, and a number nobody can verify is decoration rather than information.

How the numbers here are kept straight

Channel count, on-demand count, prices, trial length, guarantee: all of it lives in one place and is written into the page from there. The practical effect is that the price in the hero cannot quietly drift away from the price in the FAQ, in the structured data or in the plan table, because there is only one figure to change and it changes everywhere at once.

What we will not publish

  • Reviews or star ratings we did not receive. There are none on this site today. When there are, they will sit on a platform you can go and read for yourself.
  • Any claim that this service is licensed or endorsed by a broadcaster, a studio or a league. It is not, and saying otherwise would be the easiest lie on the page to tell.
  • Subscriber totals, server counts or uptime histories that nobody outside could check.
  • A guaranteed response time, because we do not publish a measurement to back one up. What the disclaimer says instead is that the times here are observations.
  • Instructions for getting around a block put in place by a provider or a country. Where a page mentions a VPN at all, it is about throttling or public Wi-Fi, and nothing else.

How the guides get written

Each setup guide is walked through on the device it describes before it is published, and walked again when an app moves its menus, which happens more often than the apps admit. Where a guide carries an opinion - that a box with a proper remote suits TiViMate better than a phone does, for instance - it is written as an opinion rather than dressed up as a specification. If you find something out of date, tell the desk and it gets fixed; that has been the source of most corrections so far.

Reaching us, and what we are committed to

Smart4K operates smart4k.club. Orders, test lines, setup help, renewals and refund claims all run through the same desk: WhatsApp +212 663 813 479. What we are actually promising is written down rather than implied: the terms set out what a line includes and where our responsibility ends, and the 7-day refund policy lists its exclusions on the same page as the guarantee.
