1. What a line is
A line is one subscription: a server address, a username and a password that a player uses to pull channels for the length of the term you paid for. It is not a device, not an app and not a piece of hardware. Install a player on as many screens as you like; what the tier caps is how many of them can stream at the same moment.
Ordering a line, asking for a test line or using the service puts these terms in force between you and Smart4K.
2. Where our part of the chain ends
A picture reaches a screen through a chain: the source feed, the server that hands it out, the line into the building, the router and the last few metres to the device, the decoder chip inside that device, and the panel itself. We answer for the first two links. The other four sit in your home and belong to you, and nothing in this document moves them.
What the desk will do is help you find which link is failing, which is usually answerable in a few minutes. What it cannot do is repair a router, raise the speed your provider sells you, or make a panel resolve detail it was never built to resolve.
3. How many streams run at once
Your tier is 1, 2, 3 or 5 connections and it governs simultaneous streams, nothing else. A sixth installed player is not a breach; a third screen starting on a two-connection line is simply refused until one of the other two stops.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are completed in a WhatsApp conversation. The figure quoted there is the entire figure, in USD. Nothing is added at checkout because there is no checkout, and nothing is stored to charge you again: no term on this service renews by itself.
The line opens once payment clears, normally under 15 minutes later. If an hour has passed and nothing has arrived, chase it in the same chat rather than waiting.
5. What closes a line
One line is meant for one household. Publishing the credentials, handing them around outside that household, selling access without joining the reseller programme, or re-streaming what you receive to other people ends the line, and a line ended for any of those reasons is not refunded.
A shared login tends to announce itself without our help: two people reaching for the same connection at kick-off both end up with nothing.
6. The money-back window
Every first purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy page sets out what qualifies and what does not, in full, before you buy rather than at the moment you ask. Claims are opened through the WhatsApp desk on +212 663 813 479.
7. Interruptions
The figure we run to is 99.9% uptime, and it is a target rather than something underwritten by anyone. Between our server and your player sit networks nobody here owns. Expect the occasional maintenance window, and the rarer fault that begins upstream of everybody involved. Where an outage runs long, the lost days go back on the end of your term.
8. The limit of what you can claim
The service is sold as it stands on the day you buy it. Whatever the law where you live allows you to claim, the amount recoverable from Smart4K is capped at the price of the term you are currently on. That cap is printed here so that nobody meets it for the first time in the middle of a dispute.
9. Who you are dealing with
Smart4K is the name this service trades under and smart4k.club is its website. Orders, test lines, setup help and claims all run through the same desk on WhatsApp +212 663 813 479, at any hour. There is no separate billing department and no ticket system to escalate through.
10. If these terms change
Revisions are published on this page and the date above marks the current one. Keep using the line after a revision and you have accepted it. A term already paid for is not repriced by a revision.
