Route one: the forms on this site
The trial form asks for an email address and the device you intend to test on, and offers a WhatsApp number as an optional field. The contact form asks for a name, a topic and your message, with the email address optional. The address a submission arrives from is logged beside it for one purpose only, which is filtering the automated traffic that finds any public form within a week of it going up.
Route two: the WhatsApp thread
Ordering happens in a chat, so we see the profile name and number WhatsApp shows us, the plan you picked, and whatever you send while a fault is being worked out: a photograph of a frozen screen, a router model, the result of a speed test.
That conversation stays in the chat app. It is not exported into a database, mined, or turned into a profile of you. Payment is settled with whichever provider you choose in the thread, so card and bank numbers never reach us, and we would ask you not to type them into a chat window with us or with anyone else.
Route three: the streaming server
A line has to authenticate before a stream will start, so the platform necessarily sees a username, the address the request came from, and which stream is open. That is the mechanism the connection limit is enforced by; there is no version of this service without it. Those records exist to keep lines running and to catch one login being used in four places at once. They are not built into a viewing history attached to your name, not sold, and not read by anyone outside the support desk.
What never arrives here
Card numbers, bank details and anything else your payment provider holds. Nothing about your household beyond what you typed yourself. This site carries no advertising, which removes the only commercial reason anyone would have to collect more than the list above.
The four jobs this data does
Opening the line. Getting the credentials to you. Answering what you ask. Telling you when a term is close to running out. There is no fifth job, no marketing list here, and nothing passed to a marketing list belonging to somebody else.
Two clocks, and what they delete
The account record runs for the length of your term plus a further twelve months, which is what makes renewing on the old login possible instead of starting from scratch; at the end of that it is deleted. Anything sent through a form on this site goes at ninety days, whether or not the matter it concerned is closed, so nothing sits in an inbox indefinitely.
Asking for a copy, a correction or a deletion
Ask on WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 or through the contact page and we will tell you what is held, correct what is wrong, or delete all of it. Thirty days is the outside limit on a reply and in practice it is the same day. We do not ask why.
Measurement on this site
Visits are counted so we can see which guides are being read and which are not worth keeping. No advertising cookie is set, and nothing here follows a reader onto another website. Block the counter in your browser and nothing on the site behaves differently.
The part actually worth protecting
Traffic to this site runs over HTTPS, and account records sit where only the support desk reaches them. The weak point is not the server. It is a username and password pasted into a forum thread or passed to a friend, because whoever holds those holds the line, and the line is what a thief is after.
