Where notices go
Smart4K publishes no email address, so notices travel the same way everything else does. Send yours to WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 or through the contact page, with the words "DMCA notice" on the first line, and it goes to the designated agent rather than into the support queue.
Our position
Smart4K acts on valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the comparable laws elsewhere, and disables access to material that a notice properly identifies. Nothing in the procedure below is designed to slow that down; the elements listed are the ones the law asks for, not obstacles added here.
What a notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material and where it appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens, and when
Two business days to acknowledge a complete notice, five to act on it. Where an element from the list above is missing, we reply naming the missing element instead of leaving the notice unanswered: we cannot act until it is supplied, and silence would only cost both sides a week.
Disputing a removal
If access to something was disabled in error, a counter-notice travels the same route. It needs the same identifying detail, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and it is weighed on what it says.
